Sometimes you order the wrong size, or it doesn't fit for other reasons. At Jabb.se, all customers have a 30-day open purchase and return right. Products returned must be in their original condition, with any packaging intact and seals intact, in order to receive a full refund. Hygiene articles such as underwear or dental protection cannot be tried on and then returned. But a pair of shin guards, gloves or a gi are fine to try on carefully at home.
CREATE A RETURN
• To create a waybill return containing smaller items such as a t-shirt, a rashguard, shorts or other products that do not exceed 500 grams in total, please click on this link. There you fill in the information and a QR code is sent to your mobile which you can easily take to the nearest Postnord representative.
• Return of postal packages, containing eg a pair of boxing gloves, shin guards or perhaps a BJJ gi can create a return via this link. These returns are also made at a Postnord agent. ATTENTION! The total weight must not exceed 20kg.
• Return of e.g. punching bags, carpets and other bulky products contact customer service via email@example.com
To think about:
- All Postnord returns have a fixed cost of SEK 59, up to 20kg. The cost is automatically deducted in connection with reimbursement for your return.
- Reimbursement is made via the means of payment with which you originally shopped, when we have received your return. Swish to Swish, Card to Card.
- If you have shopped via Klarna, the following applies:
- If the invoice has already been paid, Klarna will reimburse you for the return.
- If the invoice is not paid, the returned item is removed from the invoice and you receive a confirmation via e-mail.
- If you wish to exchange an item for another size or product with us, you need to order the new item in a new order.
Return directly in our stores:
It is fine to return an item that you bought online, in our physical store. Always bring your order confirmation/receipt and identification. Any refund for web orders is always made via the original means of payment and not in our store checkout.
My item is defective and needs to be reported!
If you have received a defective product or if it has broken during normal use, email firstname.lastname@example.org and attach pictures and information about your original order. After we have approved the complaint, we either send out a replacement product, discount the product or make a full refund.
