Rashguards for all forms of martial arts and general training. Rashguard shirts are often used in wrestling, mma, bjj and other close contact to protect against abrasions and bacteria. Most models have a fabric that breathes, with light compression. It can therefore be nice to use a rashguard during your bjj gi, judo gi or during outdoor activities such as an OCR race.
