All our customers have a 30-day open purchase. Products that are returned must be in original condition, with any packaging unbroken and sealing left to receive a full refund.
• If you wish to exchange one product for another, you will order the new item on our web shop as usual, at the same time as you make a return.
• We enclose a return slip with all orders under 20kg. Return of heavier orders contact email@example.com
• The shipping cost for a return slip is SEK 59 when used. Debiting of SEK 59 is included in the refund from jabb.se.
• Pack your return in optional packaging that protects the products, paste it on the shipping label and hand it in at the appropriate postal agent. As soon as we have received your return, we will refund your money in the same way as you originally paid with.

NOTE! If you choose to send back products at your own risk, for example by letter, business package or padded envelope from the post office, no refund will be made for shipping costs.

If you have received a defective product or if it has broken during normal use, then email firstname.lastname@example.org and feel free to attach photos and information about your original order. After we have approved the complaint, we send out a replacement product, or discount the product or make a full refund.
