At Jabb.se you always have 30 days return and right of withdrawal. For a full refund, the item must be in its original condition with packaging unopened and any seal intact.
For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear and mouthguards cannot be returned once tried. Protective gear such as shin guards, gloves, or uniforms may be tried on carefully at home.
Create a Return
We use a single return option for all standard returns up to 20 kg. Create your return via PostNord’s portal:
- Drop off your parcel at any PostNord service point.
- Max weight per return: 20 kg.
- Return shipping fee: 59 SEK (deducted automatically from your refund).
Bulky items
For bulky products (e.g. punching bags, mats) – please contact our customer service for assistance: info@jabb.se.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are processed once we have received and approved your return.
- Refunds are always made to the same payment method as the original purchase (Swish → Swish, card → card).

Klarna:
- If the invoice is already paid, Klarna will refund you.
- If the invoice is unpaid, the returned item will be removed from the invoice and you’ll receive an updated confirmation by email.
- If you wish to exchange size or product, please place a new order and return the original item.
Return in Store
You can return online orders in our physical store. Please bring your order confirmation/receipt and ID. Refunds for online orders are always processed back to the original payment method and not refunded in the store’s cash register.
Complaints (Defective Product)
Did you receive a defective product, or did it break during normal use? Please email info@jabb.se with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the defect
- Pictures or video showing the problem
Once approved, we will offer you a replacement product, price reduction or full refund.
FAQ
How long does a return take?
Normally 2–5 business days from when your return arrives at our warehouse.
Can I try on equipment?
You may try on items carefully at home. Returned items must be clean, free from hair/dust, and in sellable condition.
What if the packaging/seal is broken?
We may deduct for loss of value or refuse the return if the item can’t be sold as new.
