This traditional substance – also known as mumio – has been used in Ayurveda for over 4,000 years as a powerful adaptogen. The resin is hand-harvested in remote mountainous areas of the Karakoram and Zanskar ranges and is naturally formed over centuries through the decomposition of organic material. The product has a so-called Clean Label, which means it is completely pure and free from additives, fillers, and colorants.

Since shilajit in pure form is a mineral-rich extract, the biologically active compounds (fulvic and humic acid) are specified per daily dose.

• Ingredients: 100% pure Himalayan shilajit resin (Asphaltum punjabianum).
• Allergen information: The product is naturally vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free. However, Osavi informs that the manufacturing takes place in a facility where the following allergens may be present: gluten, eggs, soy, peanuts, milk, nuts, sesame seeds, and sulfites
  
  

Usage and dosage

• Recommended daily dose: 500 mg total (divided into 250 mg twice daily).
• Preparation (important for resin): Before using the jar for the first time, add half a teaspoon of warm water into the jar and let it stand for at least 3 hours to soften the consistency.
• Dosage instructions: Use the included wooden stick and measure up to the 0.25 g mark. Dissolve the resin in a glass of warm water or any warm beverage and drink after meals
• Note: The resin’s consistency naturally changes with temperature; it becomes harder in the cold and softer in the heat.
