Fitting Instructions (Boil & Bite)

For optimal protection, the mouthguard must be individually fitted:

Bring water to a boil and let it cool slightly

Place the mouthguard in hot water for approx. 10–15 seconds

Remove carefully (caution: hot) and let it cool briefly

Insert into your mouth

Bite down firmly and shape with your fingers from the outside

Hold in place for 20–30 seconds

Cool in cold water to set

Repeat if necessary for a better fit

Replace immediately if damaged
