Universal Nutrition Animal M-Stak is a non-hormonal dietary supplement developed for serious strength athletes, bodybuilders and hardgainers looking to complement their diet during periods of intensive training.

Each daily serving comes in a convenient pre-dosed pack containing several different complexes. The formula includes a 3,000 mg Amino Complex with L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, L-taurine and acetyl-L-carnitine, together with a 1,000 mg Adaptogen Complex. It also contains a selection of plant-derived ingredients including fenugreek, cinnamon, ginger, grapefruit and BioPerine®.

M-Stak also contains a separate Energy Complex with caffeine, kola nut and guarana. The stimulant ingredients are contained in the red capsule, allowing it to be removed if you prefer to use M-Stak without stimulants. Each individual pack contains eight pills.

Suggested Use

Take 1 pack daily for 21 consecutive days. On training days, take one pack approximately 30–45 minutes before training. On rest days, take one pack between meals.

Animal recommends cycling M-Stak for three weeks followed by one week off. The red capsule contains the stimulant complex and can be removed if you want to avoid caffeine.

Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.
