The underside of the floor has a structure that allows some ventilation and each floor section is joined to adjacent pieces using plastic parts that are included with the mat. The floor is 50x50 cm and is sold in packs of four, which then covers 1 square meter. The thickness is 30 mm, which means it can be used under an X-fit rack or with free weights
