Recommended daily dose

As a supplement, take a maximum of 4 capsules per day. Dosing guide for best effect. For body weight up to 80kg, take 1 capsule before and 1 capsule after exercise. For body weight over 80kg, take 2 capsules before and 2 capsules after training.
